I designed and developed a complete end-to-end courier management platform that connects customers with couriers in a seamless, transparent, and efficient way. The system includes:.
✨ Customer Portal –
Customers can easily create transport requests, upload item details, view real-time job statuses, pay securely via Dutch iDEAL, Real Time CHAT functionality and track deliveries. After completion, they can leave ratings and reviews.
🚗 Courier Portal –
Couriers apply through the platform, get verified by the admin, and once approved, can log in to view and accept available jobs. The first courier to accept gets the job at a fixed price model (no bidding). Couriers can manage profiles, update job statuses, and view their earnings history.
🛠️ Admin Dashboard –
A powerful back-end where admins manage users, couriers, jobs, and payments. It includes manual payment release, commission tracking, dispute resolution, and platform analytics to keep everything running smoothly.
📱 Cross-Platform Solution –
Delivered as a mobile-first website, plus native Android and iOS apps, ensuring customers and couriers can interact on the go.
